Did I hear this correctly?...the couple couldn't get pregnant so their mother suggested they get a monkey, which subsequently became diabetic due to the poor pet-keeping skills of the couple? I like how NGS video tried to make this angle cutesy, as opposed to sociopathological.
Sad but true, it seems that is often the case. One of the most frequent reasons people seem to get pet monkeys is as a surrogate child. And brown caps frequently develop diabetes as a result of being fed human junk food.
